Developed in 2006, the community includes 21 two and three-story buildings and a clubhouse on an 18-acre parcel. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. Hillcrest originated the preferred equity investment in April 2015 and realized the investment in March 2019.
