Showcase Mall II is a 42,025 SF retail building located on the southern end of Las Vegas Boulevard “the Strip” in Las Vegas, Nevada. The middle-market consumer focused mall has nearly 200 feet of street frontage on Las Vegas Boulevard, and is located directly north of the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, and just south of the recently constructed City Center and Cosmopolitan Hotel amidst an established corridor of street level retail. The property is part of the overall 232,681 SF Showcase Mall retail complex which was constructed in three total phases from 1996 to 2009.  Hillcrest realized the Showcase investment in April 2018.
